Resumo: The hosting organization is based NGO with a mission: we turn learning and volunteering into real experience by
guiding young people and youth workers to learn, grow, and move forward with purpose. We're active both on the
local and international levels.

Internationally, our projects aim to address the topics of entrepreneurship, personal growth & quality youth work. We organise cross-European trainings and hackathons, as well as run the online community for NGO leaders and project managers.

We aim to connect to a local community in many ways: from long-term educational programs to creative workshops.
Our activities are carried out in English and explore the topics of leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, mental well-being
and personal growth.

In July 2022, we opened Synergy House - Educational & Retreat Center, aiming to create space for non-formal education & youth work outside of the big city.

We run both local & international projects - trainings, youth exchanges, local events & team volunteering.

Perfil: Young people aged 18–27 from EU countries who speak English, are interested in youth work and non-formal education, and are ready to commit to the full volunteering period. Previous experience in Erasmus+ or ESC projects is welcome!

Tarefas: - Social media and communication
+ Creating content for social media and managing the organisation’s social media pages;
+ Developing communication ideas and preparing posts the projects and opportunities;
+ Showcasing the organisation’s activities, team, and volunteers.

- Graphic design, photography and videography
+ Creating visual materials for social media, presentations, and communication campaigns.
+ Designing materials for projects, events, and organisational activities.
+ Contributing to the visual identity and recognition

- Project coordination and management

- Event planning and organisation
+ Contributing to the development and implementation of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects.
+ Coordinating project logistics and organisational processes.
+ Organising local events, workshops, and educational activities.
+ Moderating the E+ Youth Academy online community.
