Resumo: (beach-volleyball)

The hosting organization is a non-profit, non-governmental organization and is recognized as an independent youth welfare organization. The hosting organization offers sports activities for girls and boys aged 9 to 27, with a particular focus on beach-volleyball. The hosting organization operates a large sand sports facility. In addition to its sports activities, the organization is also involved in international youth work. Its activities focus on the sustainability goals of the United Nations. The hosting organization has long-standing partnerships with sports organizations in Athens (Greece) and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
The aim of all its efforts is to educate young people to become global citizens with a deep understanding of social and environmental sustainability. Sand für Alle is characterized by the co-determination of its young members.

Perfil: Who are we looking for?

Being a beach-volleyball or volleyball player is highly recommended, but not mandatory.

We are looking for someone who:

Is between 18 and 30 years old
Is open-minded, motivated and curious
Enjoys meeting new people
Likes working in a team
Has an interest in sport, youth work, communication or community projects
Wants to learn, contribute and grow
Previous experience is welcome but not required.

Tarefas: + Supporting beach-volleyball training sessions and youth activities
+ Helping to organize tournaments, events and community activities
+ Creating photos, videos and social media content
+ Welcoming participants and helping build an open and inclusive community
+ Developing and implementing your own personal project
