Resumo: With this project, our primary goal is to create a multicultural environment in Ravenna.
We aspire to achieve this by uniting European volunteers with our team and local volunteers, forming a collaborative community that celebrates diversity and promotes mutual understanding.
It's our vision to weave together a rich tapestry of cultures, fostering common values of tolerance and peace within our vibrant city.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Selection is based solely on motivation—no prior knowledge or experience is required. We do not discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnic group, or income. Applicants are asked to attach a motivational letter to their application.

Tarefas: The volunteer will be actively involved in a variety of initiatives, including:
• Supporting the Youth Information Centre.
• Managing social media and communication.
• Participating in local and international projects.
• Contributing to activities at the local Youth Center and hosting organization.
• Playing a key role in non-formal education activities for children at the Youth and Family Center.

Volunteers will receive:
• Task-specific training and weekly communication workshops.
• On-Arrival and Mid-Term Evaluation training.
• Access to a language learning platform to improve their Italian skills.

Horário: Weekends are generally free. Bank holidays, such as Christmas and ferragosto, are also designated as free days to enjoy as you like.

Every month, you'll have the chance to enjoy 2 extra days off, which adds up to a total of 12 days off per 6 months.

Condições: Accomodation
We provide accomodation in city center. Fully furnished room in shared apartment with another volunteer.

What to Expect?
+ The shared flat comes equipped with a bathroom, a shared kitchen, a living room.
+ You will get your own room.
+ Rest assured, these houses have all the basic necessities you'll need to live comfortably during your stay.
