Resumo: The host organization is a nonprofit Organization located in Germany with the focus on non-formal education, intercultural projects, youth camps and projects for children and young people.

The main objective is to support young people intheir process of personal development and education besides school and university to improve social, educational, (inter)cultural and other skills and competences. By this the aim is to improve tolerance, solidarity, self-determination and democracy in our society.

The main activities of the organization are seminars in non-formal education, youth travel, international youth work (youth exchanges and ESC), and the coordination of local projects and groups.

The target groups are children and young people from 7 to 30 years with a focus on the age of 18 to 27 years.

Perfil: You are the perfect candidate if you...
… are between 18 and 30 years old
… you have language skills in English and/or German
… are open-minded, reliable, like to show your own initiative and are flexible
… are interested in intercultural work and are motivated for intercultural projects
… like office work, like writing emails, creating flyers for events, helping with sending letters and like being responsible for materials and stuff for seminars and camps etc.
… have basic computer knowledge and experience with social media
… have a driver’s license for cars and are comfortable driving regularly
… are available for the whole duration of the project for 12 months from November 2026 to October 2027

Tarefas: - Organize Intercultural Events
- Support the team in the Office
- Manage social media accounts

Condições: + Free accommodation in a student residence 2 minutes’ walk from the Jugendwerk office, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and your own furnished room
