Resumo: In our organization we have experienced human recourses (members, volunteers with different professions) and they are ready to help the volunteers with fewer opportunities in daily activities and to participate in organizing and coordinating therapeutic activities, different thematic workshops, excursions, theatre etc. Teachers and pupils are really motivated to help and collaborate with volunteers and to get involved in their activities. Volunteers of ALIAT are helping special kindergarten, where are physically disabled children, they are participating in the classes and help staff with changing children's clothes, feeding the children or help them to eat their meal. Children spend most of time playing, so the volunteers play with them a lot. From all of these, our volunteers have working experience with people of fewer opportunities and their experience will help to our organization in working process. According to partnership with all community City Halls, we can use cultural houses and sport halls with all its equipment for EVS volunteers by free.

Perfil: 18 - 30 years old young people regardless of religion, social or educational background. During the recruitment process, it is important to keep the gender and geographical balance. Other requests: Education will be plus; Language proficiency: at least basic level of English (being able to make herself/himself understood by others/able to communicate);
The volunteer should be highly motivated and creative and have willing to live in rural area

Tarefas: Attend all preparation, evaluation, planning and thematic meetings
- Attend all language classes, participate in the class , learn and prepare accordingly.
- Prepare themselves for each meeting with the requested materials (for example: filling on time
the monthly evaluation forms)
- Prepare and develop non formal educational activities (sport activities, dances, singing, art,
theatre, civic activities, environmental actions, etc) with youngsters from the hosting community
- Be open minded and develop innitiatives in the communities
- Openly communicate with the mentor, the local community facilitator, his/her peer volunteers
and the EVS coordinator
- Be responsible and meet one’s tasks accordingly.

Activities
The project activities will focus on non formal educational activities developed with the youngsters from
the hosting communities both in an organized environment (schools) as well as in the community at large.
Example of activities:
- Daily activities with school children
- Language Sessions (English, French, German, Spanish, etc)
- Art (painting, modelling, handicrafts, etc)
- Drama – Theatre plays
- Sports & Dances
- Green Activities (Cleaning Areas, Planting trees, etc)
- Cultural Activities – Countries and customs presentations, dances, culinary events, etc
- Camps, outdoor activities,
- Presentation sessions on: Equal rights, Democracy, European Institutions, Etc
