Resumo: The purpose of the association is to promote volunteering as a way of engaging in solving some problems faced by the community and locals and developing educational and personal development activities for children, young people and adults.

The association was officially registered according to the Romanian law in 2018 and started its work in partnership with some local institutions and public persons. Our first main action was to meet several times a large group of locals like artists, teachers, lawyers, tourist guides, students living in other big cities, owners of local private companies, representatives of other local association and public institutions and create a general list of local needs and fields of interest in order to be able to plan our common and particular involvement methods and activities for our community development.

Some of our main points from the future development strategy:
- we are planning to use volunteers and voluntary activities as main elements in developing our local community social and cultural life
- we are planning to organize public events for promoting solidarity and the importance of all locals's contribution for growing our small society
- we are planning to consolidate our local partnerships and reinforce our association members in order to have the courage and get directly involved in the community life
- we are planning to build also international collaborations with different youth and humanitarian association to create together initiatives to promote the human rights as freedom, equality and social justice
- we are planning to organize local and national fundraising campaigns in order to obtain the needed funds for our activities but also to apply for grants and to work on ESC new program for education and young people for bringing a plus and promoting common values, social and cultural health, traditions and humanitarian aid. As we imagine it till now, AUM association will become the main element in supporting the projects and the programs for guidance, personal development and coaching for our partners, our members, our young beneficiaries, our local and international volunteers.

Through this project we want to continue to send a strong message to the Sighisoara young people, parents and teachers:without acceptance, trust in our strengths, kindness and lack of self and other's judgment it is very difficult to develop us in a harmonious and durable way!

Specific objective of the project:
Accepting the differences between people, the others' opinionsandthe fact that we can be everything we want if we are self confident.

By this long term project we plan to consolidate the actions that support health and sex education, by correctly and professionally informing the young people for the harmonious development of future adults.

Activities to be done for the entire duration of the project: Non-formal Educational Workshops in the local high schools, primary schools and kindergartens plus 4 mini summer camps in the rural area close
