It promotes active citizenship by encouraging individuals to take an active role in society.
The cooperative facilitates connections and works with public and private organizations, groups, and individuals.
Its activities focus on training, mobility, and responsible tourism projects.
Its approach is practical and experiential, based on group work rather than traditional lectures.
The hosting organization is a social cooperative, involving over 500 workers in projects that generate both social and economic value.
The cooperative promotes social inclusion, professional development, and collaborative career pathways, while contributing to local development and a welfare system focused on growth.
The organization’s activities are grounded in core values such as equal opportunities, the right to work, democracy, freedom of expression, solidarity, and mutual support. These principles guide its daily actions, fostering shared responsibility, cooperation, fairness, and respect for each individual.

Volunteers profile
- Interested in social work and inclusion, with a strong motivation to support people with disabilities and migrants.
- Adaptable, flexible, and proactive, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow through experience.
- Committed to putting oneself at the service of others, showing availability, empathy, and strong listening skills.
- Able to work effectively both in a team and within an intercultural environment, maintaining an open-minded attitude at all times.
Tarefas: Biological - social farm
Social farming includes farming practices aimed at promoting disadvantaged peolple’s rehabilitation, care and the integratio of people with ‘low conctractual capacity’ (i.e.: psychophysical disabilities,drug addicts, minors, emigrants). The special added value of social farming is the possibility for disadvantaged people to being integrated in a living context, where their personal potential may be valued and enhanced. The presence and the relationship with the farmers, the contact with other living beings - animal and vegetal ones - , the assumption of specific responsibilities are some of the key features of the rehabilitative practices operated in the host organisations.
Daily center with people with special needs

Migrant center
The migrant center is involved in reception projects for asylum seekers in various municipalities in the province of Viterbo. Its reception project offers beneficiaries a structured path that takes into account their rights and duties, expectations, personal characteristics, life history, and cultural and political context of origin.
The center focuses on supporting highly vulnerable individuals, particularly those coming from war zones or extreme poverty, who need multi-level assistance.
To address diverse needs, it relies on qualified professionals providing access to healthcare, legal, and social services, including educators, cultural mediators, social workers, psychologists, and legal advisors.
Tasks of volunteers:
- Voluntee rs will help caretakers and actively participate, together with wards, in the activities. In both types of activity (in the farm or in the center) volunteers will be supported by the workers, caretakers and other Italian volunteers. During all the work time we are expecting their help, attentionand openness to new suggestions.
- To experience all the workplaces, the volunteers will rotate between the different activities.
- Volunteers will have activities from Monday to Friday, usually 6 hours per day (the total won’t exceed 35 hours, including Italian lesson and meal time when they are part of the activities).
- Volunteers will have two days off every month to take whenever they would like.

Shared flat with all facilities and comforts; a shared kitchen; double rooms. Volunteers accommodated according to gender
FOOD
We are provinding a monthly allowance to buy food. Meals will be organized by the volunteers, house has a shared kitchen fully equipped .
Every volunteer receives a monthly allowance at the beginning of the month:
Pocket money: €6 per day

Food allowance: €6 per day

Total: €360 per month
TRANSPORT
Volunteers receive a yearly travel pass for buses which enables them to use public bus transportation within the zone
