Resumo: The hosting organization is a non governmental organisation located in Greece.
Starting it’s journey in 2016, now it is considered one of the leading Research and Development institutions, that
specialises in developing games with social and educational purpose.
Through working with Erasmus+ and other types of projects, we create games, organise events and workshops and trainer different target groups.
The main sectors of our projects are:
- Gender Equality
- Inclusion, Diversity and Empowerment
- Green skills, Environmental protection & Sustainability
- Culture and Creative industries
- Media, Digital and Financial literacy
- Personal- Professional development and Mental health
- Seniors and intergenerational learning
- Entrepreneurship and Social Impact
- STEM, STEAM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Maths
- European Union, History, Culture & Values

MAIN AIMS OF THE PROJECT:
- Advocatingand acting for good
- Solidarity festivals
- Working with people with disabilities/ seniors/ youth
- Promoting ESC volunteering through social media

Perfil: - Youth from 18 to 30 y.o. with fewer opportunities
- Motivated to volunteer and gain new skills on the topic fields
- Open to new cultures, ideas, non-formal education methods
- Able to implement activities for the local community
- Eager to take initiatives, work on their own projects and learn about EU opportunities

Tarefas: This volunteering opportunity has specific aims that will be achieved organically through the active participation of the volunteers in the activities of the project.
- Playing together for fostering inclusion: Participating in weekly activities of partner organisations’ that work with target groups (eg. people with disabilities, seniors, youth, refugees) either in the organization or in partner organisations
- Games connecting people for GOOD: Organizing weekly discussions for social/environmental issues and then co-creating game-based solutions to actively work towards combating these issues.
- Solidarity festivals: You will have the opportunity to be part of a team and support in the organising of festivals/events/workshops to support target groups.
- Advocating and acting for good: Raise awareness on social issues through campaigns, advocating, research and active citizenship, which are all important skills in personal and professional life.
- Your project and Dissemination of your ESC volunteering: This is one of the creative bits, where you will use social media to inform people of your ESC experience and explore your initiatives within the organization aims.

Condições: - Your accomodation is provided! You will stay at a furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom, heating etc, along with other 1 or 2 volunteers. The apartment will be located within reach of public transport.
- You will be receiving pocket money (7 euros per day), for your daily expenses. Moreover, food allowance and monthly tickets for public transport will be provided as well.
- You will be spending 30 hours/week volunteering with the organization and its collaborators.
- A mentor will be allocated to you. Think of them as a person to show you around and help you out during your volunteering project.
