Resumo: Our association contributes to help the development and provide humanitarian action in direction of the adhesive populations or followed by NGO partners (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Senegal, Mali, Benin, Madagascar and Comoros) through formation actions for executive in the urban animation field in Maghreb, training course realization for animators and social workers French in Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal; consultant mission in the fields of the animation, the education and the social insertion, youth exchanges organization in Europe and with third countries, realization of technological and materi als transfer, notably by the humanitarian convoys organization. We wish advance the social progress while looking after that the human person receives the means to become a free being, responsible of himself, recognized in his/her dignity and his/her full citizenship.

Condições: Support of volunteers :

The Altea France responsible for mission ensure the follow-up and the support of the volunteers. He practice the function of tutor and will regularly meet the volunteer to give a progress report during the entire project, and for help him to solve possible problems. It will ensure any support which the volunteer could need apart from his hosting organisation. He facilitate the integration of the volunteer in Limousin community. He has the responsibility to take care of leisure dimension, cultural activities and he will suggest to the volunteers to discover our way of life and our culture. He allows retreat and it offers a permanent telephone availability to answer all the personal problems. We would characterize this tutorship by a permanent responsible availability, we equip in particular if necessary any volunteer with a mobile phone. A referent tutor at activity level is appointed to support the volunteer in his service.
In conflict case, a co-ordinating meeting is organizing with all the EVS actors concerned (Volunteer, Host, Coordination, Regional Correspondent, Third). A permanent listening of the volunteer will be ensured by the tutor to prevent this kind of situation.
In the case or the volunteer wish carrying a personal project, not being registered in the reception facilities field, Altea France will assume his accompaniment for the assembly of this one.

Various :

Pocket money; we proceed with each volunteer to the opening of a bank account on which in particular its pocket money at the beginning of each month is versed

Disease; we take return them and we accompany each volunteer to the doctor; in the event of disease, causing a stop, we confirm to the hosting organisation the step of the volunteer; we make our deal of the relations with insurance in particular with Axa.

Local Transport: We deal with (with the volunteer) the steps related to local transport subscriptions, young charts, etc.

Meetings; We envisage with our initiative to organize meetings of group which will gather the volunteers of our organization to the arrival during two days to know, with presentation of the hosting organisations, of our operation, the regional delegate, the presentation of the area. A festive quarterly meeting over one weekend (ski, regional rally, sea) will be programmed.

Regroupings; we assume the responsibility and the organization of the volunteer participation in the regroupings organized by the National Agency.

Evaluation; we coordinate and ensure the evaluation uninterrupted with the tutor of the hosting organisation and with the volunteer on his implication in the activities. Three specific evaluations are programmed: one month after the arrival; with semi course and before the departure.
