Resumo: (Youth Work and European Programmes)

The leader organization is a non-profit and non- governmental organization, which has been developing projects in order to promote non-formal and informal learning since 2014.
Main aims of the organization are:
a) To promote formal, non-formal and informal learning projects
b) To create learning bridges in between different cultures.
c) To promote European and international mobility.
d) To collaborate with organizations, private and public, in the promotion of social, educative and cultural projects that promote the complete development of people
e) To promote equality and social justice through national and international development cooperation projects.
f) To collaborate with initiatives that aim to create organization, networks and local working groups related to the aims of the association.
g) To boost the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities.
h) To enhance participation and associationism.
i) To support the creation and management of new associations.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Due to the nature of this volunteer project, in a rural area, we need:
- High motivation in learning and growing as Youth Worker and Community worker.
-High motivation with office tasks and computer skills. Willing to learn about Erasmus+, EU Solidarity Corps, International volunteer camps and other international programmes.
- Person with flexibility (about timetables and variety of tasks and people)
- High motivation to accompany children and youngsters with a caring and supportive approach
- Person committed and willingness to learn about Youth Work
- Negative certificate of sexual misdemeanors
- Negative certificate of criminal/penal misdemeanors
- High motivation to develop the project in a rural area in the mountains. In the organization we believe in INCLUSION, GENDER EQUITY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, SUSTAINABILITY and we have an ANTI-RACIST and DECREASING approach as organization principles.

Tarefas: a) Supporting the activities of the Social Animator in the town with children and elderly people with non-formal education methodologies (places like games room in the villages, Halloween, Carnival, local events, children and elderly daily activities )
b) Supporting the orhanization's dayly life at the office:
- Being in charge of social media and website
- Supporting the staff with the preparation and implementation of international group activities.
- Promoting international mobility (Erasmus +, International Camps & EU Solidarity Corps) for young people
- Supporting the staff with the dayly tasks of the office (Willing to learn about Erasmus+ programmes)

Condições: We are located in a very small village. The village is located one hour and a half by car from Madrid city center and 3 hours away by public transport. The village is a beautiful area in the mountains in Madrid, totally rural with 76 inhabitants. The organization will be in charge of accommodation (2 houses for you and other volunteers to live), for food and transport arrangements according to the European Solidarity Corps standards.
