Resumo: (Rural School)
In this School, families and adults in the area are involved in this educational project, participating through learning communities, under the training and guidance of teachers and educational staff. It takes place in a family atmosphere, living closely with each person who participates in the programs, with the families, with professionals and anyone who is involved to make the day-to-day life of the school easy and special for the children. The small groups make the teachers' work to have a very high performance while giving them the opportunity to treat each student individually, supporting the development of their abilities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Due to the nature of this volunteer project, in a rural area and that will work with children, we need:
- High motivation to accompany children in their school activities with a caring and supportive approach, connected with Amara Berri methodology
- Person committed and mature
- Negative certificate of sexual misdemeanors
- Negative certificate of criminal/penal misdemeanors
- High motivation to develop the project in a very isolated rural area in the mountains, we believe in INCLUSION, GENDER EQUITY, SOCIAL JUSTICE, SUSTAINABILITY and we have an ANTI-RACIST and DECREASING approach as organization principles.

Tarefas: The tasks are related with supporting teachers and children in their daily life classes, and the school dining room time supporting the kitchen team.

Condições: We are located in a very small village. The village is located one hour and a half by car from Madrid city center and 3 hours away by public transport. The village is a beautiful area in the mountains in Madrid, totally rural with 70 inhabitants.
The organization will be in charge of accommodation (2 houses for you and other volunteers to live), for food and transport arrangements according to the European Solidarity Corps standards.
