Resumo: (Volunteer with teenagers)
The hosting organization is a youth organisation supporting young people aged 16–21 who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and unable to live at home. The project offers both residential living and work training, helping them gain independence.

Perfil: • Age: 18-30
• Interest in youth education, social work, or psychology.
• Proactive and creative, willing to contribute new ideas (e.g., workshops, sports sessions).
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, with basic German skills to engage in meetings and with youngsters.
• Enthusiastic about participating in outdoor activities and supporting personal growth for youths in need.

Tarefas: The Volunteer Role: Support both the work coaching team (organising workshops, visiting companies, attending school/social worker meetings) and the youth home team (assisting with daily routines, social skills, and outdoor activities).
Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own ideas and introduce aspects of their culture.
