Resumo: The Association is organizing a short-term ESC project this summer - this will be our 12th edition. We would like to host 10 volunteers from different EU countries in Szczecin, Poland from 3.07 - 31.08.2026 (travel days: 3rd July and 31st August: 58 days activity time + 2 travel days). The main topic of this project is working with children by organizing two sessions of the workshops. The idea of the workshops is to present to children (age 9 - 15) culture and language of the countries taking part in the project.

In addition to project all volunteers will have a chance to participate in different workshops, do some research on voluntary service and NGO, meet other NGO in Szczecin and support their activities. Volunteers who will be interested in taking up some extra voluntary actions,will have an opportunity to join activities organized by the Volunteer Centre.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: First we will start with the arrival training – we will focus on meeting each other, tell about our expectations of the ESC and stay in Poland, concentrate on basics of ESC and many other topics that will be useful in your ESC and working with kids. Besides working with them, you will do many extra activities focused on voluntary service, NGOs - for example searching the information, putting information onto our blog, writing articles about your stay, sharing yourculture, educating us on the history and common life of your country. Many activities and actions will be done to fit into your own interests – for example if you like organizing events – you can do it, if you like working with animals – you can do it, if you like meeting new people – you can do it. There are many places in Szczecin where you can share your talents and skills. All we need is your creative approach, positive attitude and ideas.

Horário: week 1: on – arrival training, team building, city adaptation
week 2: additional workshops, workshops preparation
week 3&4: first round of workshops
week 5: days off and workshops preparation
week 6&7: second of workshops
week 8&9: days off, local activities, evaluation, YouthPass

Condições: Every volunteer who is taking part in the project is supported with pocket and food allowance money (not less than 10EUR per day of the stay) - money for your expenses that you can use to buy the food for yourself, travel around, buy new clothes or visit an art gallery. You will be accommodated in our rented flats with access to kitchen and bathroom. All the kitchen appliances like forks, spoons etc. will be there also. To reach to the town and come back home you will also, be supported with travel money - the exact amount depends on your travel distance from home to Szczecin. For all the activities that you will be doing, you will also have a chance to use the project budget to buy necessary materials and tools.
