Resumo: (Youth NGO with focus on non-formal education & international youth work)

The hosting organization is a nonprofit Organization located in Germany with the focus on non-formal education, intercultural projects, youth and summer camps and projects for children and young people.
The main objective is to support young people in their process of personal development and education besides
school and university to improve social, educational, (inter)cultural and other skills and competences. By this the aim of the organization is to improve tolerance, solidarity, self-determination and democracy in our society.

The main activities of JW are seminars in non-formal education, youth travel, international youth work (youth exchanges and ESC), and the coordination of local projects and groups.
The target groups are children and young people from 7 to 30 years with a focus on the age of 18 to 27 years.

Perfil: -… are between 19 and 27 years old
- … you have language skills in English (B2) and basic German
- … are open-minded, reliable, like to show your own initiative and are flexible
- … are available from 15.05 for 9-12 months
-- … are interested in intercultural work and are motivated for intercultural projects
- … like office work, like writing emails, creating flyers for events, helping with sending letters and like being responsible for materials for seminars and camps etc.
- … have basic computer knowledge and experience with social media
- ... have passion for open youth projects like AC/Spracheteria, local initiatives, political activism
-... are interested in co-creating a new format of events
-...like teamwork and to bring your own ideas to life

Tarefas: - Organize Intercultural Events;
- Support the team in the Office;
- Help with social media accounts
- Support with seminars and youth camps;
- Participate in Seminars
- Create your own project
