The association is a dynamically developing organization, which for over 13 years of operation has become the largest non-governmental organization in the Lębork subregion, supporting youth, adults and other entities in the field of education, international cooperation, social and professional activation and regional development.

The organization has established and runs continuously and systematically various organizational units and/or programmes. This allows you to achieve the goals of the association:
- conducting educational and training activities,
- cooperation with organizations from other countries,
- social and professional activation of young people and people at risk of social exclusion,
- initiating cross-sector partnerships, creating new jobs, training local economy staff
- spreading the idea of local and European volunteering,
- activation of the local community
- providing substantive and financial support to other non-governmental organizations and informal groups,
- participation in regional, national and international projects based on the education of youth and adults,
- trainings, courses, consultancy, European mobility programmes as part of international exchanges, foreign volunteering and professional mobility of young people and educational staff.

Perfil: We welcome applications from young people who are:
- Aged 18–30 years old
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about working with people
- Motivated to make a positive impact in the community
- Flexible, open-minded, and able to engage participants of all ages
- Interested in gaining experience in animation, youth work, and community development Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to bring joy, creativity, and energy to the community while developing practical skills.

Tarefas: As a volunteer animator, you will organize and run engaging activities, games, and workshops for children, youth, and community members. Your role will involve creating fun, interactive, and educational experiences that bring people together and strengthen community bonds. Tasks of the volunteer: -Design and lead games, creative workshops, and interactive activities for children, youth, and community members -Organize events that encourage participation, teamwork, and intercultural exchange -Support community initiatives and cultural projects with engaging activities -Contribute to planning and documenting activities through photos, videos, or reports -Encourage social interaction, creativity, and learning in a playful way

Condições: This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers:
- Accommodation: Provided in Lębork
- Food: Monthly allowance for meals
- Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules
- Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner
- Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities
