Resumo: The association is a nonprofit apolitical organization which was founded by a group of teachers, roma activists and students.

Mission:
our aim is to reduce economical, social and educational disparities in society and mainly to raise the involvement of roma people, especially youngsters, to the society and combat inequality and discrimination through education and human rights.

Perfil: - Age: 18-30
- Flexible, open-minded, tolerant, communicative
- willing to work in teams or individually
- Creative and initiative
- interested in gaining experience and nonformal education and working with young people
- ready to fight against exclusion. prejudices and stereotypes
- b1 level of english

Tarefas: 1. involvement in local festivals, concerts and cultural events;
2. cleaning campaigns, restoration of biking and hiking trails;
3. painting walls in local kindergartens;
4. non-formal activities in local kindergartensand parks;
5. media team: creating daily promotional materials (tiktok´s, rells, posts, posters tec.)

Condições: Financial Support: pocket moeny 4€/day, food allowance 5€/day
The travel budget is diverse according to the country of origin (211€/309€/395€) based on the European Commission´s distance and calculator.
We provide accommodation in a school dormitory. The volunteer will be accommodated in a shared bedroom of 3/4 beds with a communal floor bathroom and kitchen.
