Resumo: (Volunteering teams project)

AIMS
Coda di Lupo is a non-profit organization which aims to promote social inclusion activities, using innovative methods of education, support and training. The association is especially committed to the implementation of educational, social and healthy activities.
WHAT WE DO? Our mission is to assist people with fewer opportunities and disabilities to enjoy a greater independence and a better quality of life, promoting the development of self-evaluation processes, self-learning, self-fulfillment, self-awareness through non formal education tools.
HOW WE HELP?
• Providing skills in order to satisfy individual learning needs of young people excluded from formal education.
• Providing methods and tools to youth workers for the promotion of diversity and talents of young people with fewer opportunities and special needs.
• Providing educational support through pet therapy and animal assisted education.
• Exploring ways dogs can be social facilitators and can help people overcome specific challenges in order to enrich and improve lives and communities
• Providing outdoor education programmes to improve self-reflection, self-discovery and personal growth of young people with fewer opportunities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The participant :
- will be actively involved in the implementation of the project;
- will cooperate with the team in developing the daily activities;
- will contribute with own creativity in developing the weekly Activity Plan;
- will contribute to organise and manage the daily activities;
- will take part in all the activities according to the weekly Activity Plan;
- will participate in preparatory meetings for planning and organising activities;
- will participate in debriefing meetings & reflection time with the team;
- will attend regular evaluation meetings with coordinator & mentor;
- will contribute to develop, organise and manage workshops, team building, role playing games and non-formal education activities;
- will contribute to design and develop the personal project, with the support of the staff;
- will be aware of the importance of Youthpass process in order to recognize and validate key competencies and acquired skills;
- will participate in general and task related training activities;
- will fill in all documents required for the final report (monitoring documents, reports, questionnaires, evaluation sheet, declarations of travel and participation etc);
- will carry out dissemination and exploitation activities together in cooperation with the coordinator and staff.
