Resumo: NGO started as a small and enthusiastic group in 2015 that was bringing the values of the organisation to Polish youngsters. The organization focuses on intercultural exchange, the power of benefits of cultural diversity and hygiene of information. Our members coordinated numerous participants in several multinational projects in Georgia, Armenia, Estonia, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, and other countries.

The enthusiastic group of the NGO became bigger and was strong enough to take the next step and now, since July 2016, the team has been working as International with a headquarter in Poland. The main aspiration of the organisation is to develop Polish young people by providing them with various opportunities. The five main areas of work of the organisation involve human rights education and promotion; critical thinking formation; minorities and migrants’ inclusion; soft skills development; outdoor activities; coaching and facilitating through the implementation of local and international projects, exchanges, training courses, conferences, workshops, events, festivals, seminars, and coaching.

OUR TEAM

The young team comprises of active people who want to bring positive change to local and international society.
So far, the organisation consists of 18 youth leaders and professional youth workers forming the core as well as more than 150 members from all around Poland.

Through our activities, we provide youngsters with opportunities for their education and growth. We want to develop the society we live in and build it according to our values such as, among others, tolerance.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Communicative level of English. Proactive and ready to work in an international team. Driver license would be a plus

Tarefas: Join our dynamic NGO where your ideas matter and your actions create real impact. You won’t just observe community work, you’ll be part of it, with a deep immersion into local culture. The town itself is the perfect backdrop for your volunteering journey. It’s a vibrant student city full of culture, green spaces, cosy cafés and an active civic scene. You’ll meet inspiring people, experience authentic Polish culture, and become part of an international and local community. From supporting youth initiatives and organising creative workshops to contributing to social campaigns, content creation and local events, your involvement will make a visible difference. During your time with us you will learn how to use innovative non formal education tools like digital components, outdoor learinig, art and more, all expanding your knowledge and hands-on experience.

Condições: Volunteer will be acommodaated in a room in shared flat with common kitchen and bathroom. They will receive daily pocket money and food allowance. Travel will be reimbursed within the limits according to ESC guideliness.
