Resumo: (Youth Center)
The Youth Center is a youth-friendly and cozy space where young people aged 7–26 can spend their free
time. At the youth center, youngsters can participate in various activities, events, workshops, and clubs. The center
mainly works using the open youth work method, and our rooms provide safe space for creative activities, games,
and teamwork. We value inclusion, creativity, and active participation. We support young people in becoming
active members of society by engaging them in their own environment , building on their interests, developing their
social skills, and supporting their initiative ideas. Working in youth center means that every day is different
and full of new challenges and learning opportunities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

A volunteer should be friendly, caring, and respectful, with a positive attitude toward different backgrounds, cultures, and opinions. Good communication skills and the ability to build trust with young people are essential. Volunteers are expected to engage with youngsters in activities, support them when needed, and encourage participation in workshops, events, and informal learning activities. Good English skills are required. A volunteer will gain practical experience in youth work, intercultural learning, teamwork, and communication skills.

Tarefas: In general, the experience includes hands-on work with young people, organizing activities, supporting events, and involvement in the initiatives.
