Resumo: The hosting organization is a youth-led hub in Estonia, where young people don’t just participate — they build and lead. From our 280 m² city-centre space, we turn youth ideas into real events, initiatives and proposals, powered by 5,000+ yearly visits and a core of 50–100 active youth organizers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: In general, the experience includes hands-on work with young people, organizing activities, supporting events, and involvement in the initiatives.
