Resumo: The hosting oganization is a youth center, a place where young people can autonomously explore their creativity, develop critical thinking and participate in the creation of the programme. The organization is a public institution established in 1996 by the Municipality with the aim of offering young people a place to hang out and enjoy in activities intended for them as a specific target group.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: As a ESC volunteer, your days will be full of creativity, connection, and community.

Here's what you'll get to dive into:

Street Youth Work & Events
• Be on the ground with street youth work projects
• Help run fun and meaningful activities at the Youth Centre
• Support awesome local events like Front@ Festival, Soboški dnevi, Fest, and more

Create & Share
• Manage small youth groups (2–5 people) for workshops and activities
• Spread the word about what’s happening through flyers, posters & conversations
• Create weekly updates (audio, video, or blog) about youth opportunities
• Interview other young people or youth organizations once a month

Connect & Inspire
• Work at INFO points in local schools to talk about volunteering and mobility programs
• Encourage local youth to join cool projects and solidarity actions
• Help other volunteers and youth organizations with their events

Make a Lasting Impact
• Co-create a handbook on how to attract and engage more young people at the youth centre
• Share ideas and info with the community
