Resumo: (Montessori kindergarden and school)

The leader organization is a contributory organisation of the town providing non-formal education primarily for children and youth aged 0 - 18, adults as well as for other organizations and schools of our region. Our most important target group are children from primary schools. The leisure time centre is located in the centre of town in northeastern part of the Czech republic, right on the boarder with Poland.

Perfil: We expect that you are an open-minded, responsible and flexible person who is interested in pedagogy and enjoys working with children. The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 30 years old. We want to be sure that you understand the term VOLUNTEERING and that you don´t take the project as a thing that only you should benefit from. You don´t have to have any special qualifications to apply for this project. We will teach you everything. It will be helpful if you speak at least a little bit of English so the communication can be easie

Tarefas: Montessori kindergarten and school This volunteering opportunity involves supporting pedagogues in non-formal educational activities at a local kindergarten and school. Montessori pedagogy is founded on an individual approach to each child, focusing on their unique personality, and encouraging the development of their inner motivation and personal abilities.
You will become part of an international team of volunteers from across Europe, working together in a creative and supportive environment. You will primarily assist pedagogues working with children aged 3 to 15, helping with educational games, activities, and daily routines.
Occasionally, you may also support activities for youth and adults as part of the organization's extended programs. During the summer, you will help pedagogues run summer camps for children aged 3 to 13, engaging in outdoor games, workshops, and experiential learning. This experience is broad, intensive, and truly life-changing. You will develop new skills

Condições: The tickets you will buy for the journey for the project and back home will be reimbursed. You don´t have to pay for accommodation, it is fully funded from the project.
Moreover, you will recieve mohtly pocket money to buy your own food and personal things. You will live in a shared appartment with your own room.
The appartment is fully equipped. You will not have to travel daily to the organization, you will live in the same town close to the organization´s seat. This is a small town - however it has many shops, sport facilities, a cinema, cafés, restaurants and bars.
