Resumo: (AFTERSCHOOL CLUB AND SCHOOL)
The leader organization is a contributory organisation of the town providing non-formal education primarily for children and youth aged 0 - 18, adults as well as for other organizations and schools of our region. Our most important target group are children from primary schools. The leisure time centre is located in the centre of town in northeastern part of the Czech republic, right on the boarder with Poland.

Perfil: We expect that you are an open-minded, responsible and flexible person who is interested in pedagogy and enjoys working with children. The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 30 years old. We want to be sure that you understand the term VOLUNTEERING and that you don´t take the project as a thing that only you should benefit from. You don´t have to have any special qualifications to apply for this project. We will teach you everything. It will be helpful if you speak at least a little bit of English so the communication can be easier.

Tarefas: This volunteering opportunity involves supporting educators in non-formal educational activities at an after-school club organization and local schools.
The main target group you will work with is children aged 3 to 18, but you may also partly assist with activities for adults.
During the summer, you will help with the summer camps that we organize for children aged 3 to 13. The experience you will gain is broad, intensive, and life-changing. The duration of the program is 12, 5, or 2 months.

Condições: The tickets you will buy for the journey for the project and back home will be reimbursed. You don´t have to pay for accommodation, it is fully funded from the project.
Moreover, you will recieve mohtly pocket money to buy your own food and personal things. You will live in a shared apartment with your own room.
The apartment is fully equipped. You will not have to travel daily to the organization, you will live in the same town close to the organization´s seat. Hronov is a small town - however it has shops, sport facilities, cafés, restaurants.
