Resumo: akzente Salzburg is an organization setting initiatives for young people in the federal state of Salzburg. Since 1986 we stand in for young people’s concerns, needs and problems. We initiate, inform, advise and support.
The provision of all sorts of information, active community work in the form of projects and round-table discussions, local and international advanced training for educators and youth workers, gender sensitive youth work, creative cultural work as well as prevention and participation are only a few headlines that stand for our daily work. It is aimed to support young people in different aspects and to improve the quality of youth work in Salzburg.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: This project invites volunteers to support a circus-based youth programme that combines creative activities with youth work and digital storytelling. Volunteers assist trainers in circus workshops for children and young people, help create a positive learning environment, and gradually gain the opportunity to lead small workshop activities themselves. They may also accompany the team to camps, festivals and performances. In addition, volunteers support the project’s communication by documenting activities through photos, videos and short interviews, and by helping to create content for the foundation’s social media channels. Through this experience, participants gain practical skills in youth work, creativity and media production while contributing to an inspiring community project
