Resumo: (Communication and social media of a butterflies museum)
The hosting organization is a cooperative society that deals with communication of science. It was born in 2013, bringing together various fields of professionalism (management, scientific advice, research, exhibitions, educational projects, technology, communication) with a great experience in scientific museums, science centres, zoos, aquariums, research groups and/or experienced in the dissemination.

The idea behind the birth of the cooperative was to have in one working group all the skills needed to create, implement and/or manage exhibitions and didactic paths with live animals and plants. The organization since 2015 has been managing the House of Butterflies (UD), the biggest structure of this kind in Italy, owned by the Municipality. The cooperative has also designed, created and managed the Naturama Science Center (UD), a model of a scientific museum new for Italy, located within the City Trade Fair area.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Available for the WHOLE duration of the project. We look for volunteer who is passionate about VIDEO PRODUCTION AND EDITING, social media, and graphic design - is a nature and animals lover - willing to work in team - communicative and creative - open-minded - ready to live in a SMALL village. They can plan, organise and manage activities. Is highly motivated to LEARN Italian.

Tarefas: support the staff in the shooting, editing and publishing of photo of animals and vegetables inside the Butterfly House and the environment of the surroundings; help in the maintenance of the huge photographic archive; support the staff in the video production: planning, shooting (light, audio, video), post-production; follow the publishing of information and media content in the websites and social media channels; take care of the daily interaction activities in the websites and social media channels; help in reading the statistic and planning the media strategy and media campaigns; take part in the graphic design of all the different materials produced by the organization; after an initial phase of knowing the Butterfly House and the context, the volunteer will be encouraged and supported to enrich House with their ideas and experiences.

Condições: The volunteer will be hosted in a three-floor house with a garden. And will SHARE a room with another volunteer of the same gender.
Volunteer will be provided with money to shop for food - 150 euros. A pocket money of 6 euros per day will be provided monthly. The organization can put at disposal bicycles.
The travel expenses will be refunded on the basis defined by the EU commission.
