Resumo: The Hosting organization is a holistic living, transition project, based in Greece.
Our main line of work and aim is to heal and empower people without any discrimination, support them to connect with their emotions and deepen their self-knowledge, through activities that develop in the intersection of wellbeing, nature and eco-living practices. The project aspires to become an all-year round education hub and permanently reside in the mountain, forming a sustainable living eco-community. We have started to attract, inspire and offer guidance to other people,in their efforts to develop their own transition projects and/or small businesses or simply connect with nature.

Our main activities are community building, group process psychotherapy, yoga and eco-therapy, dramatherapy, healthy nutrition, team building and facilitation, permaculture, natural building, sustainability practices in energy and water management and human rights. Some of these areas are already well developed, while the team is working daily to further advance in all of these fields.

Our activities’ target groups include people and groups from the local community, Athens, rest of Greece, Europe and the world, with a focus on young people. Also people who are affected by the recent economical, environmental and energy crisis and want to make a change towards an alternative way of living.

who feels a genuine call to live simply, close to nature, and as part of a community. No specific background or prior experience is required — what matters most is your motivation and openness to learn, unlearn, and grow with others. This project may be a great fit for you if you: -Are curious about sustainable and regenerative living -Enjoy hands-on work and are ready to live without some city comforts -Feel excited (or challenged!) by the idea of sharing space, food, and daily life -Are respectful, proactive, and willing to engage in community rhythms -Are interested in themes like natural building, agroecology, herbs, embodiment, and mindfulness We welcome diversity and invite all genders, backgrounds, and identities to apply. What unites us is a shared intention to grow and co-create meaningfully — in connection with the land and each other.

Tarefas: Are you ready to live close to the earth, explore simple living, and grow within a small, nature-connected community? The hosting organization invites one passionate and curious young person to join a European Solidarity Corps experience in the mountains of Greece for a minimum of 5 months.

This is more than volunteering — it’s a chance to immerse yourself in community life, learn hands-on skills, and experience daily life in the village and forest.

Condições: Volunteers will stay in a cozy village house with a large living-kitchen area, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms with bunk beds.
From May onward, we live in forest tents with compost toilets, outdoor showers, spring water, a shared kitchen, and wooden decks for yoga and activities.
Vegetarian meals are prepared collectively with seasonal local ingredients.
Accommodation, food, and project transport are covered, plus monthly pocket money and travel reimbursement (7€/day).
