Resumo: In our living group we have 11 male and 5 female client, with different psychological and physical disabilities. Their age ranges between 43 and 83 years. Our clients need any kind of support with their daily activities. In aspect of their physical disabilities most of our clients are in need by using a walking aid or a wheel chair. During the week, some of our clients go to work at one of our activity groups.

Who we are

Our manageable team, consists at the moment of 17 staff members. Everyone has a different educational background in the social field, and takes over many important tasks:
 Ressource-oriented work
 Individual support depending on the client’s needs
 Support or full take-over of personal hygiene tasks
 Reference care/support
 Offer and support with free-time activities
 Organisation of therapies
 Enabeling of medical and psychological support

We are a qualified, creative, humorous, and very family-like team, which works with heart and mind. Our staff works about 9 to 10 hours, which gives us the possibility to accompany our clients in any daily tasks. From awaking in the morning to bed time in the evening. Our living group operates on 24/7 schedule and each night a staff member is on the group.

Tarefas: Your tasks will be to support and take over housekeeping tasks and the arrangement of freetime activities. Individual tasks will be tailored to you.
