Resumo: Cultural Centre "Dworek Białoprądnicki"
... or you can just call it “Dworek” :) It is a big interdisciplinary
institution located in a historic manor house and presenting the
most interesting cultural phenomena. Dozens of activities a
month? A different event every day? Sounds impossible? It's
everyday life in Dworek. There is always something to do here,
so if you have a lot of energy and you want to learn how such
a large institution works from the inside - this is the place for
you! We organize concerts (including large summer music
events), theater performances, film screenings, workshops,
exhibitions, meetings on literature, travels or social issues and
festivals. We cooperate with various artists, organizations,
NGOs, city councils, schools and our Cultural Clubs. We run our
internet TV station called Dworek TV. We also have a lot of
regular arts & sports activities for people from every
generation. We are open to the local community as well as
foreigners living in Krakow. Working in Dworek, you will help
us in organizing, promoting and preparing our events, but we
hope you will also propose something on your own. You will
have a chance to start your regular activity, create an
international event or become a star of Dworek TV.

Perfil: We will host 6 people, 18-30 years old, EU or Ukraine
citizens. This is a long-term project, so we need someone
who is ready to spend a full year in Poland. We are looking
for creative and motivated people, full of passion and ready
to share it with the local community by co-creating cultural
and social events in professional cultural institutions.

Tarefas: - organization of cultural events (concerts,
exhibitions, meetings...) with a team
- organization of art workshops or sports activities
conducting language classes
- working with children and youth
- pro-ecological activities of any kind
- integrating the international community of
Krakow (expats, students, volunteers, refugees)
with the local community by organizing joint
events
- preparation of common group projects
- promoting the project and managing social media,
writing articles, creating reels, posts and stories.

Condições: - Accommodation: you will live in a spacious rented
apartment in the city center (500 meters from the Main
Square). You should be ready to share your living space and
room with others (3 or 2 people in 1 room). The flat is fully
equipped with all the facilities, kitchen equipment, TV,
Internet connection, bed sheets and blankets.
- Travel reimbursement: up to the amount specified in the
European Solidarity Corps Guide (for two travels it is usually
up to 211-395 EUR depending on the travel distance)
- Local transport: a city card that allows you to use public
transport in Krakow for the entire duration of the project
- Pocket money: 6 EUR per day (paid monthly in Polish
currency, to be spent for what you want)
