Resumo: We are a regional volunteer center coordinating local and international volunteers. Besides, we organize trainings in the topic of volunteer management, museum volunteering, hospital volunteering and elderly care.

We are looking for two volunteers who would be committed to connecting with people through the art of singing. For 5
months, you will have the chance to meet several different target groups like the elderly, disabled people, young children and youngsters from high schools. As our volunteer you can have an insight into the work of a civil organization and showcase your talents.

Perfil: + Age: 18-30
+ open-minded and empathetic

+ proactive in coming up with ideas
+ relating to the target groups
+ flexible and able to adapt to new situations
+ comfortable working both independently and in a team
+ comfortable performing in front of an audience
+ fluent in English

Tarefas: + Sharing your culture through singing
+ Teaching simple songs, rhymes, and musical games
+ Crafting simple instruments from recyclable materials
+ Giving presentations about your country’s culture and traditions in schools and elderly clubs
+ Administration, office work Posting on social media

Horário: Work is from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm. Weekends, as well as
national holidays are free. Each month you will have 2 days off. The place of work is either the office or any other institution we visit.

Condições: For the volunteers, we will provide accomodation. The flat is on the 9th floor of a ten-storey house (with an elevator) with a scenic view to a park and a lake.
There are two separate bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. Hair dryer, bed linen and towels are all provided for. Supermarkets and public transport are close by and easily accessible. The flat is 15 minutesfrom the city centre by public transport.

Volunteers will receive pocket money and monthly allowance for food and livelihood. You will also receive a public transport monthly pass. Travel costs are covered under a limit defined by the European Solidarity Corps and our volunteers will receive free HENNER health insurance.
