The hosting organization is a Christian, self-governing boarding school (efterskole) offering 9th and 10th grade education. Around 160 students aged 15–17 live at the school for one full year, creating a strong and lively youth community.

The school is located in a small town, surrounded by nature and easy access to local activities.

Perfil: Over 20 y.o until 30 y.o
Outgoing, sociable, and has a sense of humor
Motivated to work closely with teenagers
Comfortable living in a busy, active boarding environment
Able to communicate confidently in English

Personal maturity, openness, and a positive attitude are essential.

Tarefas: You will receive a weekly timetable allowing you to use your skills in:
- Languages
- Arts and creativity
- Sports and outdoor activities
- Social and community engagement

The volunteer will be involved in curriculum-related areas that match their interests and abilities.

Your tasks may include:
- Assisting teachers during lessons
- Helping students with assignments or practical tasks
- Supporting social activities, clubs, or creative workshops
- Participating in sports, arts, music, or evening/weekend events
- Being part of daily routines in the boarding environment
- Helping with school events, camps, or celebrations


The school offers the volunteer similar learning opportunities as a trainee teacher, especially within pedagogy and didactics.
You will receive continuous support and guidance from staff and mentors.

Condições: Volunteers live and work at the school and become part of everyday life, both during the school week and on some weekends. ou will live in a shared house on campus with 2–4 other young employees. You will have your own room, while sharing kitchen and common areas.
