Resumo: (Forest kindergarten; Outdoor learning Seasonal activities; Child development)
The hosting organization is a nature-based kindergarten and nursery located in the middle of a forest, just a 5-minute walk from the seaside. The environment is calm, beautiful, and full of opportunities for outdoor play and exploration.

The kindergarten has four groups of children aged:
0–3 years
3–4 years
4–5 years
5–6 years

There are currently 50 children and 8 staff members, all working closely together.

Perfil: Are 18 - 30
Speak German (required)
Have at least a basic level of English
Are motivated to work with young children
Have good social skills and a positive attitude
Are kind, patient, playful, and responsible
Enjoy spending time outdoors in all kinds of weather
Are open to supporting activities, play, and routines
No previous experience in kindergartens is required — motivation is the most important factor.
Smoking is not allowed.

Tarefas: Volunteers become part of everyday life in the forest kindergarten and support both staff and children.

Your main tasks include:
- Helping staff in one specific age group
- Supporting daily routines such as outdoor play, meals, dressing, and transitions
- Participating in outdoor adventures: forest walks, seaside visits, playground activities
- Joining creative activities: drawing, painting, music, storytelling
- Joining seasonal events (harvest, winter bonfires, celebrations)
- Organizing small activities based on your skills or interests
- Assisting with practical tasks when needed


A staff member will act as your tutor and supervisor, helping you navigate tasks and settle into the community.

Condições: Volunteers typically stay in a host family in the local area.
The stay includes meals and access to local transportation options
