Resumo: (Youth recreation; Creativity; Music; Community life)
The hosting organization is an activity and recreation center located in a renovated farmhouse. The center is a vibrant, informal meeting place where children and young people (10+) come to explore interests, hobbies, and creative activities in a safe and welcoming environment.
Every afternoon, the house is filled with energy from 40–60 young people, and more than 150 children and teenagers use the orgaziation on a regular basis. The atmosphere is open, playful, and supportive — a place where everyone is welcome.
Perfil: Are 18 - 30
Have at least basic English skills
Are open-minded, social, and patient
Enjoy working with children and teenagers
Have a creative approach and are willing to share ideas
Show initiative and enjoy trying new things
Are interested in creativity, music, or sports
Are friendly, flexible, and reliable
Experience with youth work is not required — what matters most is enthusiasm and willingness to engage.
Tarefas: - Playing games or sports with children
- Joining creative workshops and helping with artistic activities
- Encouraging children to try new hobbies
- Playing music, singing, or helping in the music room
- Having conversations and being a positive adult role model
- Supporting teenagers with their own projects (art, media, music, etc.)
- Assisting with events and small community activities
- Helping in the kitchen/café when needed
