Resumo: The hosting organization is an independent Waldorf school in Latvia that offers a human-centred, arts-integrated education for children from early childhood through the upper grades.
We are a small school – we have 76 preschool and school students.
The school emphasizes experiential learning, imagination and creativity, nature connection, movement, artistic processes, rhythm and child development stages.
We work in close partnership with families and cultivate an environment where relationships, respect, curiosity and growth are central. Our community is built on cooperation, compassion and shared responsibility.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: • Assist teachers in classes, for example, outdoor activities
• Assist school in organising school activities
• Organise events for students, teachers, families or community on environmental sustainability
• Promote more sustainable practises in school

Condições: Vounteers will share an appartment nearby school. There is a public transport available and volunteers receive a bike. Appartment will have all necessary equipment for comfortable living. Part of meals will be provided in school (vegetarian lunch and afternoon meal during school days), for other meals food money will be provided.
