Resumo: The association is a non-governmental organization founded in 2008. Its aim is to support the comprehensive development of children, adolescents and adults in the field of education, upbringing, non-formal education, career counseling, development of interests and leisure time management, equalizing educational opportunities, social and civic activation.

The Association achieves its goals, among others by:
- conducting educational and training activities
- cooperation with organizations from other countries,
- spreading the idea of ​​local and European volunteering,
- providing substantive and financial support to other non-governmental organizations and informal groups,
- participation in regional, national and international projects based on informal education of young people and adults,
- trainings, courses, counseling, international exchange programs, foreign volunteering programs and youth information at the Local Youth Information Point EURODESK

Perfil: We welcome applications from young people who are:
-Aged 18–30 years old
-Willing to support and contribute to the local community
-Motivated to make a positive impact through teaching
-Creative and able to engage learners in interactive activities
-Interested in gaining new experience in education and volunteering We are looking for someone who wants to develop teaching experience while contributing to the community.

Tarefas: As a volunteer, you will support our educational activities by helping children, youth, and community members improve their English skills. You will lead an English Club, open to the local community, where participants can practice their English in a fun and interactive way. Through your lessons and activities, you will promote intercultural understanding, learning, and communication, while contributing to the growth of the local community.
Tasks of the volunteer:
-Teach English to children, youth, and community members through interactive lessons
-Lead an English Club accessible to all community members
-Prepare learning activities, exercises, and creative language games
-Support other educational and cultural activities organized by the association
-Contribute to communication and educational materials with your input

Condições: -This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers:
-Accommodation: Provided in Lębork
-Food: Monthly allowance for meals
-Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules
-Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner
-Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities
