Resumo: (Youth Upcycling)
Our mission is to actively contribute to creating an environment conducive to the healthy development of young people, while supporting them through educational programs to become responsible, supportive, and active citizens who respect democracy, values, and the fundamental rights of our society. Our services are aimed at those working in the youth sector and directly at young people.
The Ateliers offers young adults (16-30) that are not currently in education employment or training the opportunity to develop skills and remain active. Participants can develop sewing and cooking skills. The main philosophy of the workshop is to up-cycle materials that are donated, giving them a second life.
Two designers work with the young people teaching them different techniques and helping them to realize projects on their own.
A social worker supports young people in their daily lives and gives them advice, empowering them to reach their future goals in education or the labour market.
