Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Germany, and founded in 2005. The organziation has more than 10 years of experience creating educational concepts, that allow participants to develop a self-defined strategy of learning in the framework of non-formal education.
At the moment, the organization employs 4 project managers, 4 project assistants, one financial coordinator, 3 interns and is supported by 3 ESK volunteers. ESK volunteers play an integral role within the organisation. As a migrant driven organisation that connects with migrant communities within our projects, the presence of ESK volunteers from diverse backgrounds enables CGE to outreach into new and emerging communities and to strengthen the access of our organisation and projects.
