Resumo: The Foundation maintains, from its origins, an ethical commitment based on the inalienable principle of respect for the equal dignity of all people, in a socioeconomic system that generates inequality and social exclusion and the progressive deterioration of the environment, a system, for Therefore, unsustainable from the ecological point of view and unbearable from the point of view of justice. At the service of inclusion and care, the Foundation's contribution to social construction is located on the alternative path of the social and solidarity economy, a path that has to contribute to the transition from the current state of affairs, towards an economic system that be at the service of people and protect the environment.

This means advancing in the necessary change from the ethical paradigm of domination that is sustaining the system, towards the ethical paradigm of care, which privileges the centrality of the equal dignity of all people and the dignity of the earth. That is why the Foundation, among other social intangibles, tries to take care of its ethical assets, expressed in the mission, vision and values, which permeate the culture of the Organization.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Person with great interest to learn and support a team of professionals from the field of non-formal education and social intervention. With concerns to grow personally and open to new experiences.
We require a volunteer who is able to communicate in Spanish, preferably having a fluent level.

Tarefas: The task of the volunteers will consist of the support of the staff of the Foundation. The volunteer will participate in our projects aiming people in the edge of social exclusion, specifically:
• Spanish classes for foreigners
• Informatic classes for people in situations of social exclusion.
• Participate in activities: intercultural, free time, personal care, etc.
• Support to the foundation staff in administrative tasks.
• Environmental awareness classes for people in situations of social exclusion
• Activities for young people to learn about the different European mobility programs, especially the European Solidarity Corps

Horário: The schedule of the volunteers will be 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday in the morning.

Condições: Within the first 5 days of the month, they will receive € 877 to cover the cost of food, accommodation, pocket money and transportation. Travel expenses are reimbursed to come to the Foundation and return to their country once their volunteering is over.
Volunteers will receive support in the search for accommodation. We will send you links with information of flats / houses in areas near the Ataretaco Foundation. Volunteers have 24 days of vacation.
