Resumo: The hosting organization is an association that aims to promote volunteering and social responsibility as means of achieving sustainable development in local communities.
The activities implemented by the organization are targeting small communities from North of Romania. Main areas of our activities involve educational activities, counseling, and consultations, developing strategies and action plans concerning youth and environmental sector, leading informational campaigns, implementation of non-formal educational activities. The organization promotes volunteering and non-formal education as means of increasing social and civic awareness at the level of communities and to achieve a better development of the social skills at the level of individuals.

Most of the organization's activities are targeting youth living in rural areas, facing geographical, economic, or social difficulties, who have limited experience in nonformal education or less opportunities in experiencing multicultural educational activities. The activities are organized in partnership with rural schools and local authorities and are implemented with the support of international volunteers.

Main objectives of the organization are: development of funding programs for non-associative structures, promoting and developing educational and training activities, promoting regional and international cooperation and mobility, promoting multicultural and non-discriminatory education among youth.
The main activities implemented by the organization are activities of non-formal education and volunteering. In this category fall: ecological activities, workshops with different themes (crafts/handmade, communication, entrepreneurship, communication, personal development, biodiversity). The aim of these activities is to promote social and civic awareness and to support youngsters to have a voice and to identify and build their educational and professional paths and life objectives.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Interested in achieving experience in educational field, working with children and rural communities; conversation level in English; flexible mindset; adaptable; proactive; it is considered an advantage: video editing skills, social media skills, driving licence

Tarefas: The project aims to bring together volunteers from different communities and with their help to promote volunteering and non-formal education as tools to build stronger and sustainable communities in rural areas from North of Romania.

Condições: Accommodation is provided in 3 bedroom apartments, with all needed utilities.
