Resumo: The organization is based since 2012 and is active throughout the region, depending on the various projects in which it is involved. Echirolles has a dynamic city centre which is surrounded by 3 large priority neighbourhoods. The organization is mainly involved in these areas with a public that is mostly very distant from mobility issues (cf. annex 1-additional information on the organization).

Our main objective is to promote and build mobility programmes in Europe in order to :
- Involve a growing number of young people and professionals in mobility and citizenship programmes (Erasmus +, CES, Civic Service);
- Promote the development of citizenship at local, European and international level;
- Fight against discrimination and socio-economic exclusion of young people;
- Fight against isolation and inward-looking attitudes;
- Develop non-formal learning, skills acquisition, qualification and the development of educational pathways for young people in order to promote their socio-professional integration;
- To train and support youth actors in the development of European projects (label, European seminars, youth exchanges, trainings, coordination of the housing of European volunteers/ trainee...);
- To encourage, develop and strengthen networking and cooperation between associations by creating common projects and enhancing our professional practices at European level.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We do not do a selection on any qualifications. The most important to us is the motivation, the will to be in contact, inform and work with a youth public. We would like to host someone that wants to meet French culture but is also willing to share her/his own culture as well. To speak a little bit of French is unfortunately necessary to be accepted on this project. Being proactive will help you to discover more activities.

Tarefas: As part of our association's work to promote the social and professional integration of young people through European and international mobility, the volunteer, with the help of the team, will be responsible for:
* Informing and raising awareness among young people about the association's projects and opportunities to go abroad;
* Develop and improve the organization's communication materials in order to promote the association's activities and projects to as many people as possible (website, brochures, flyers, posters, social media, videos, invitations, etc.);
* Keeping the association's Instagram account active by posting essential information;
* Leading group information meetings;
* Participating in forums, summer job days, etc.;
* Organising workshops to help young people better prepare for their departure;
* Proposing ideas for personal projects that they would like to carry out during their assignment.

Condições: About the accommodation, the volunteer will live in a Flat sharing with solidarity projects. They will have a single room and share the common rooms with French students, workers, or volunteers 18-30. About the food, the volunteer will receive 240€ per month (8€ per day).
They can receive this allowance weekly or monthly. About the local transport, the volunteer will have the choice between a bike or a transport card.
