Resumo: Volunteer will work in a space designed for young people to connect and explore their interests in a welcoming and supportive environment. It is a place, where they can take part in various events or just come and have a nice time.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We search for a volunteer who is empathetic, ready to act, open for a new experience and for the people, ready to learn and to grow. A volunteer must be a person who understands the needs of youth and wants to do something with and for them. Being creative and open-minded is crucial. The candidate should be well organized, deliver work on time and like to work in a team. We are searching for people who are creative, able to work independently, are motivated to learn and share their ideas and experiences.

Tarefas: You will work as an assistant to the animator, whose task it to support youth in their development, exchange ideas, motivate youth to active citizenship and to help young people to develop their passions. You will also be able to run your own activities designed for youth in Wymiennikownia.

Typical tasks of the future volunteer:
- working with social media - Instagram
- taking photos and making short videos during workshops, event etc.
- creating simple graphics for social media (Canva, Illustrator)
- helping during large events organized by the hosting organization
- being on duty during opening hours (mon-fri)
- taking care of our social garden and the place

You will gain expierience in youth work, develop social and organizational skills
