Resumo: The hosting organization is a youth association born in 1996, nowadays dedicated to develop youth work professionally.

Our goals are:
-Develop mobility projects. We are experienced in Eramus+ youth programme (and former ones) since 1996.
-Use non formal/informal education.
-Foster tolerance & fight against exclusion attitudes (racism, xenophobia...) through intercultural learning.
-Promote equality for all.
-Promote sustainability (SDG) & environmentally friendly attitudes.
-Foster active participation of young people in social & democratic level.
-European awareness, values & citizenship.

Furthermore, we offer learning opportunities for all young people, prioritizing the unemployed ones, members of the LGBTQ+ community and people from rural areas.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for motivated and creative young people, who like to work in international group, who are open-minded, active and willing to share their ideas. You should be willing to work in a team as well as you should be willing to work in international projects. Being flexible concerning theschedule is very important and you should show your own initiative. Also, basic computer and language skills are necessary.

Tarefas: The main part of your work is organising activities, for example language clubs, highschool lessons, movie nights, etc. Also, you will work with us on our journal, this includes the whole process from deciding its content to the layout and writing of articles.

We organise various projects during the year (such as Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and Training courses, etc.). As a volunteer, you will help in the organisation and implementation of these projects.
The office is fully equipped. All materials needed to do activities will be provided. Meanwhile, as we cooperate with two NGOs, often you will be involved in their events and activities.

Furthermore, you will be in charge of our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. We want from you to create contents for social media. , you will promote our projects and activities as well as Erasmus+, YouthPass and other programmes of the European Union. You will respond to e-mails and create posters, flyers and brochures and edit videos. Lastly, you will participate in the regional youth programmed campaign, create presentations, live videos for social media.

Condições: You will live in a equiped shared appartment with your own bedroom. The other areas as kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with your flatmates.
