Resumo: The hosting organization is a non profit Organization located in Germany with the focus on non-formal education, intercultural projects, youth camps and projects for children and young people.

OUR GOAL
The main objective is to support young people in their process of personal development and education besides school and
university to improve social, educational, (inter) cultural and other skills and competences.

Perfil: Age: 18-30.

Tarefas: - To support the Team in the office: almost every day you will help in the office: answering emails, driving some where, going shopping, being responsible for the stuff what we use for the camps, tidying up, cooking, organizing seminars and other events
- To be responsible for Instagram and Facebook Accounts – depending on the on going project. The volunteer has the possi bility to create posters/flyers/banners, be responsible for up dating our homepage, for Instagram account of the organization etc.
- To take part in organizing and supporting seminars: You will help during the preparation and realization of our seminars, be responsible for the materials & inventory for the seminars.
- To organize and host our intercultural meeting events
You have the possibility to prepare games, choose movies and topics and to bring your own ideas for the success of the project. You are also responsible for the PR of the event.
- To take part in organizing and supporting youth camps: During your time in the organization, you have the possibility to take part in a youth camp. You can help in preparation, realization and evaluation of the yuoth camp and work together with other youngsters.
- To participate in different seminars on the weekends. After attending the seminars, you will be prepared for leading camps in the summer and winter holidays.
- To create and realize own projects: Depending on your interests and abilities you will have the opportunity to develop a project. New ideas are always welcome!
