Resumo: The target groups of our work are children aged 6 and over, teenagers and young adults up to around 30 years old.
Our activities include the following areas:
o Leisure activities for children and young people in summer and winter.
o Educating young teenagers and young adults for volunteer work.
o Design of international concerts and activities.
o International youth work and camps.
o Various projects, such as participation in church conferences and youth congresses.

We are responsible to make a good framework for living and working, e.g. accommodation, language training (it isn´t required to speak German in advance), office-place etc., to give volunteers all needed information, e.g. health system in Germany etc., to book the on-arrival- and midterm-training, to ensure that health and safety regulations are observed, to plan, organise and evaluate volunteer’s daily, weekly and monthly tasks, to give advices for leisure time, to keep contact to the sending organisation and to manage all other financial details.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
You should be interested in the projects and activities, to be open for team work, to be flexible concerning the working time (not the number of hours per week, but the need to work sometimes at the weekend etc.), to inform the sending and hosting organisation of any circumstances that may influence compatibility/suitability for ESC project, to do the
ESC in the mentioned time, to take part at on-arrival and midterm meetings and to make a report about the ESC at the end.

Tarefas: You will take part in different projects and activities of youth work such as children summer and winter camp. One main task will be in international and intercultural work, e.g. international conversation, public work for our international work, cooperation with schools, an intercultural event for children and international youth camps. There are also
some tasks in the office. It is also possible to create and develop own ideas and projects.
The role of the volunteers can be compared with the role of someone who is doing an internship or like an assistant, who is working with others, but without the whole responsibility. The volunteer will work together with other volunteers and paid workers.

Horário: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week, two days off per week and 2 days holiday per month for the duration of the project.

Condições: Food & Accomandation
You will live in a separate room in the building of the hosting organization.
Together with other volunteers you will share cooking, washing, laundry and social facilities.
A monthly food allowance is provided with 330 € per person.

Local Transport
The costs will be managed in case by case.

Volunteer Allowance
The volunteer will receive a daily allowance of 7€.
