Resumo: (creative and cultural activities)
We are a regional volunteer center coordinating local and international volunteers.
Besides we organize trainings in the topic of volunteer management,museum volunteering, hospital volunteering and elderly care.

Perfil: We are seeking motivated young people aged 18–30 who enjoy being around children, are socially engaged, and are open to expressing themselves through art, music, and creativity. A sense of initiative and a desire to brighten the lives of others are great assets.

Tarefas: The volunteers will take part in a variety of creative and cultural activities, including:
• Painting and decorating institutions (e.g. kindergartens, social centers),
• Handcrafting together with different target groups, especially children and elderly,
• Creating and leading playful and artistic activities,
• Making presentations about their countries and cultures,
• Raising awareness about volunteering and solidarity through interactive sessions.

Horário: Worktime: from Monday to Friday from10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Weekends are free. During the project you’ll get 2 days offper month. The working place are the institutes you will visit and the office.

Condições: Accommodation:
The two volunteers will stay in a flat in a ten-storey house (with an elevator) on the 9th floor with a beautiful view to a park with a small lake. The two volunteers will sleep in separate bedrooms. Although we can provide simple circumstances, the kitchen is equipped, a washing machine and hair dryer are in the bathroom, bedlinen and towels are in the flat. Supermarkets, public transport are very easily accessible and the accomodation is located 15 minutes away from the city center by public transport.

Supports
Volunteers will receive pocket money and monthly allowance for food and livelihood every month. We'll give you a public transport monthly ticket, and youcan also use our bicycles. Travel costs are covered under a limit defined by the European Solidarity Corps. Our applicants will receive free HENNER health insurance.
