Resumo: The hosting organization was founded in 2017 and its main office is in Italy.
The mission of the association is to promote the active participation of young people in their local communities to give them the chance and the tools to exploit fully their potential and to provide them support in discovering their path and developing their skills by using non-formal education and intercultural learning methods.
To pursue these goals the organization organizes cultural events, seminars, workshops, and study sessions
to promote mostly creativity, entrepreneurship, youth employment, volunteering, and youth democratic participation.
The organization provides several international Training Courses and Youth Exchanges within the Erasmus+ programme and works in European project management and development with Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, International Civic Service and European fundings. The organization cooperates with local associations, youth-led spaces and high schools, fostering crosssectorial cooperation with the Municipality and public sector.

Perfil: Be between 18 and 30 years old and female.
Be passionate about youth work, youth participation, and international cooperation.
Be open-minded, adaptable, flexible, and willing to engage with diverse communities.
Have a working knowledge of English (additional language skills are a plus).
Knowing little Italian represents an added value.

Tarefas: As a volunteer with the organization, you will be an essential part of our team, joining our local activities.
In parallel, you will support a local activities in projects carried out at the Centro Culturale. These include activities with youth (3-14 yo), participation in the organization and implementation of cultural and musical events, support in various projects in the socio-educational field and the development of active citizenship. Some of these activities may also involve assistance with administrative tasks and digital skills.

Horário: The expected commitment is 35 hours per week.
You might be asked to work on Sundays and holidays, but it will be balanced with free inweek days. Adding to this, every month there will be 2 additional days of mid-week rest that the volunteers can manage their placement. All the volunteering period will be followed by mentors, coordinator and supervisor.

Condições: The organization will pay housing expenses for the duration of the project. The accommodation is close to the Centro Culturale, not far away from city centre.

Volunteers will receive the Pocket money. The money will be sufficient to cover daily expenses (household expenses, food, personal expenses, etc.).
Total pocket+food money=350€
