Resumo: (environment)
The hosting organization provides non-formal education to all inhabitants of the local community, regardless of their age, including youth. Our intention is to promote understanding of sustainability, zero waste, and self-reliance among our neighbours. We are also dedicated to promoting empathic communication and healthy relationships, where personal growth and mutual respect are considered the main pillars.

Our organization runs a community charity shop that supports local organizations, including one working with disabled youth and another serving as a mobile hospice. We give away 100% of its income since our members volunteer for this initiative. Additionally, we organize training courses, seminars, networking events, and other educational activities. We also organise Erasmus+ TCs.

Our target groups include:
Young parents and young families, particularly active youth and volunteers.
Disadvantaged young people and those facing economic and geographic obstacles.
Youth NGOs, youth workers, leaders, and mentors working with young people.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- You are experienced in working with kids at least a bit (scauting, summer camps, volunteering as a tutor etc).
- You are curious about sustainable approach and would love to contribute to running a charity shop in a small town among vineyards.
- You want to learn about project coordination, running an NGO, different cultures and traditions.
- You want to improve your personal and professional competences and work on your communication skills.
- You are willing to live, learn, play, inquire, reflect, experiment and explore in a community environment.
