Resumo: For over 20 years, we’ve been supporting young people and promoting volunteering in Poland and across Europe. Since 2011, we’ve run international projects within Erasmus+ and ESC. We’ve already hosted dozens of volunteers from all over Europe. In 2025, we’ll celebrate our 20th anniversary – you’ll take part in a unique gala and cultural events!

Perfil: Age: 18-30

No experience?
No problem – we’ll teach you everything!

Tarefas: Working with children and youth (in schools, youth centres, culture houses)
Supporting local cultural institutions Helping organize events, games, workshops Cocreating the final project film!

The creative part:
The 5–7 minute film will be your collective work – you and the other volunteers will decide everything: the form, the style, the message. We’ll just guide you gently to help capture the best moments of your year here.

Your film!
The project culminates in the presentation of a short film showing the real life of a volunteer.

You’ll decide:
- What the film will look like
- What story you want to tell
- What’s important and worth showing to the world

Activities and Workshops
- Film workshops (editing, working with a camera)
- Theatre and public speaking workshops
- Self-defence and first aid course
- Sports events (volleyball, basketball, football, frisbee ultimate)
- Cooking workshops and community meals
- Intercultural evenings and integration activities
- Mandatory ESC On-Arrival Training

Horário: 6–7 hours a day (about 30–35 hours per week) Monday to Friday schedule, weekends usually free.

Condições: 3–4 person shared flats, each volunteer has a private, shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space Close to the city centre or well-connected by public transport. You’ll receive a city transport card.

Pocket money: €6 per day
Food allowance: €3.28 per day (enough for groceries at the most popular discount stores)
Accommodation: fully covered
Local transport: free city card provided
Travel reimbursement: up to the limit based on distance – check your limit: ESC distance calculator

Visa support: assistance and reimbursement up to €100
