Resumo: (cultural center)
The hosting organization is a voluntary association that is committed to preserving and bringing to life one of the few spaces for socializing in the homonymous neighborhood.
Founded at the beginning of the 90s, recovering a farmhouse and the surrounding abandoned park, which later became the permanent home of its activities by virtue of an agreement stipulated with the Municipality, the association has grown over time, fighting for that same space to become a place of aggregation, cultural proposal, solidarity and participatory democracy.
The Cultural Center represents one of the main socio-aggregative realities of the Region, both in terms of quality and quantity of initiatives. In almost 30 years of activity, the Center has involved young people of all ages from Recanati in many recreational, cultural and social initiatives, based on the values of participation, care, individual and collective self-realization.
Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for curious, motivated volunteers who are excited to grow in a stimulating, dynamic, and constantly evolving cultural and human context.
The project takes place in a community environment where collaboration, creativity, and openness to change are essential.
Volunteers will not replace qualified staff but will contribute to enhancing, enriching, and expanding activities thanks to their own ideas, skills, and perspectives, actively participating in co-design. Volunteering will always be carried out without profit, solely for the purpose of supporting the local community.
Tarefas: Volunteers will be involved in a wide range of activities, divided into three main areas. Each volunteer will choose a specific area in which to work, becoming part of a dedicated team and working closely with the project tutor and the team.

In addition to the main activities, all volunteers will take part in a number of cross-cutting activities that represent key moments of exchange, shared responsibility, and participation in community life: Support in the Solidarity Emporium which collects and distributes essential goods and second-hand clothing to support people with disabilities, Organization and promotion of creative recycling workshops at the Solidarity Emporium and at the Ecomuseum, Shared management of the Organic Garden, Collaboration in the activities in Spazio Altrove, a youth centre, Support during public events or special days.
Condições: Here, volunteers will have the rare opportunity to live inside an eco-museum: every house, every street, every garden is part of a collective narrative, of a living heritage made up of relationships, memory, and sustainability.
The structure consists of three small houses with separate entrances, but with shared common spaces that encourage community life and social exchange.
The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a laundry area. Each house/accommodation hosts two volunteers in two connected rooms that share a private bathroom.
