Resumo: Volunteers will join Klaster Innowacji Społecznych in Gliwice, Poland – a modern, well-equipped organisation with its own educational centre in the Beskid Mountains. The project focuses on three main areas: inclusion of young refugees and disadvantaged youth through cultural and language integration; digital education including workshops on AI tools, cyber safety, and media literacy; and ecological actions such as zero-waste campaigns, clean-ups, and green education. Perfil: We are looking for motivated young people aged 18–30, eager to contribute to community-based actions in Poland. Ideal candidates are open-minded, proactive, and curious about social change. No formal qualifications are required – just the will to learn and collaborate. Volunteers can choose between three paths: 1) supporting young refugees through integration and cultural events; 2) engaging youth in digital education (AI, media literacy, cybersecurity); or 3) promoting ecology and climate awareness through creative and hands-on actions. Empathy, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility are highly valued.

Tarefas: create content. Each volunteer will choose their main area of involvement and will be trained and supported throughout. Together, we create a community of solidarity, growth, and meaningful local impact.

Condições: Volunteers are accommodated in fully equipped apartments in Gliwice or Katowice. They work in a modern, high-standard office in the city centre with access to training rooms, vehicles, and professional equipment. Each volunteer receives pocket money (~180 EUR/month), food allowance or meals, and a Multisport card. All local transport for project activities is covered.
