Resumo: (YOUTH WORKER)
This association aims to primarily develop artistic and cultural talent in places with limited cultural resources. It functions as a center for artistic research that employs non-formal educational methods to empower individuals in active participation within society through art and culture. Its mission involves engaging young people in artistic and cultural projects to enrich their cultural perspectives.
In isolated areas like these, the association plays a pivotal role by providing a space for individual projects, educational workshops, and cultural promotion. It facilitates communication between diverse communities, generating debates and reflections that foster critical thinking. Education and growth in expression, in order to cultivate individuals with better personal judgment when making decisions in their daily lives, are fundamental for societal development.
The Association works to make culture accessible to everyone, regardless of age, disability, skills, or socio-economic status. It addresses challenges such as physical limitations, economic constraints, and sparse populations in its effort to ensure that culture reaches all individuals. The organization believes in the powerful connection between culture and education to enhance the overall quality of life within the community.
What are the activities and experience of the organisation in youth work? Please provide information on your
organisation’s / group’s regular youth work activities.
The organization functions as an inclusive collective space that welcomes people of all age groups,
although its primary focus has shifted towards a vibrant network of local youth who find their creative home. Within the president and the artists/administrators who make up the association employ various creative means such as painting, drawing, street art, theater, chess, and sculpture as educational tools. These creative outlets are leveraged to enhance communication skills, foster creativity, nurture empathy, and cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving skills among the young participants.

Tarefas: IN THIS PROJECT YOU WILL WORK MOSTLY WITH CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS FROM SPANISH RURAL AREAS.
SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES YOU WILL DEVELOP WITH US ARE:
Prepare activities for Weekly Youth group (13-20 yo)
Prepare activities for Weekly Junior group (6-12 yo)
Organize the Youth festival (June 2024)
Youth events and workshops
Office & administration work (Monday to Friday 4h each)
Support English class ( 3 - 12 yo)
Support English Coffe
Prepare and help with logistic of different European projects
